The whole process is Organic and Fairtrade certified.

Is the process of removing the seeds from cotton.
Spinning
Cotton is spun to make raw yarn in different counts.
Knitting
Yarn is then circular knitted to make tubular fabric

Sophisticated machines are used to match & create a recipe for dyeing the fabrics.
Dyeing
Fabrics are dyed in bulk quantity.
Finishing
Padding, drying, stentering & compacting are done to make the fabric stable, soft and durable.
Fabric inspections
Finished fabrics are inspected thoroughly for quality.
Cutting
Fabric is layered and cut to make garments.
Screen printing
Placements prints are made on cut panels. Our printing unit is GOTS and fairtrade certified.
Sewing
Garments are made by our experienced tailors.
Quality Control
We do not follow any AQL standards but we inspect 100% garments thus ensuring the highest quality.
